The goal of Pickleball 102 is to get the participant comfortable enough to play in Beginner/Advanced Beginner Leagues and Open Play. The first class will be devoted to “The Short Game,” the second class to “The Full Court Game,” and the third class to “Strategy for Winning Each Point.” Instructed by Linda Scott. This class is an extension of Pickleball Beginner 101, which must have been taken and passed before registering for Pickleball 102 Supervised Practice Drill and Play. An exemption can be made if the participant has been playing pickleball for at least six consecutive months and has the instructor's permission BEFORE they register for the course.
Participants need to come to class prepared with water, some type of eye protection (regular eyeglasses, sunglasses, empty frame or safety glasses), court shoes (tennis, pickleball, volleyball) and sunscreen. Equipment: Instructor will provide paddles and pickleballs.
