Step outside your comfort zone and try something new with our beginner-friendly rock climbing class! Specifically designed for adults ages 50 and older, this four-week class is a fun and supportive way to build or maintain strength, balance, and confidence in a vertical environment.

Whether you’re new to rock climbing or looking to improve your skills, our experienced instructors will guide you through the ins and outs of the equipment, techniques, and basics needed to safely navigate the walls. No experience is necessary, and all equipment is provided
