In this class, participants will learn how to perform hands-only chest compressions in the event of a sudden cardiac. No rescue breaths are performed in this practice. This class is for general education purposes only and is considered a starting point for learning formal CPR. Once participants complete this class, they will not be considered CPR certified and will not meet the requirements if they need a CPR certification for their job. In addition, participants will go through Stop the Bleed training, which will teach individuals how to respond to and control severe, life-threatening bleeding in the event of a traumatic injury. Must pre-register.
