One week.  One incredible Shakespeare play.  Are you up for the challenge? Award-winning educators, Amy & Phoenix, use their first-class understanding of Shakespeare's original text to create endlessly entertaining performances from their young actors. It will be fun, but it won’t be easy. This camp will culminate with a performance on the last day at 2:00pm.  Our play for this year’s intensive is Titus Andronicus: Shakespeare's goriest work, Titus Andronicus, follows a Roman general returning home from war with Queen Tamora as his prisoner. After Titus sacrifices her son, Tamora seeks her revenge. Eventually Titus’s family is destroyed, leading him into madness. As with all of Shakespeare's tragedies...everyone dies, but this is one ending you're going to want to see for yourself - if you have the stomach for it! Students should be sent to YTN with a water bottle, snack, and a lunch that doesn’t need to be refrigerated or microwaved.
