About this event
Description
This gentle yoga class will emphasize alignment, stretching and calming of the mind. Instruction includes breath work, strengthening movement, soothing stretches and strategies for conscious relaxation. You will leave class relaxed and refreshed. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
