Drop In Thursdays 7:00-8:00 pm PST, 10:00-11:00 pm EST Facilitated by Tama Recker. These online weekly mindfulness sessions offer a gentle and supportive space to cope with stress and manage difficult thoughts, feelings and the many transitions that come along with grief and loss. Incorporating music, silence and guided meditation exercises, the therapist will invite you into a space of mindfulness that will nurture your body, mind and spirit. There is an optional time to chat at the end for those who are interested, or you can log off as soon as the meditation time concludes. Participants can register for just a single session or attend on a weekly basis. Pre-registration is required and information on how to access the virtual sessions will be emailed to you. In lieu of a registration fee, we ask that participants consider making a donation to the Society in line with their own comfort level. (Suggested donation: $5-15 per session).
