Description
Yoga teacher and Ayurvedic yoga specialist Julie M. Gentile guides you through yoga poses, breathing exercises and mediation with an emphasis on self-care. All levels are welcome! Please bring a water bottle and yoga mat to class. For virtual: a link to the class will be sent to the email address on file no later than one hour before the first class.
