Our dance instructor, Lora Vodicka, is offering exciting weekly unlimited fitness classes this summer! She is a certified AFAA Group Fitness Instructor. Sign up now for Barre Fitness, Total Body Conditioning and Anything Goes fitness classes. Register for the week and take as few or as many as you want! Class schedules and descriptions are below.
Barre Fitness (Mondays, 8:00am-9:00am) - a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. This low impact class is great for participants to improve strength, flexibility, grace and coordination. You will need a chair, yoga mat and light hand weights.
Total Body Conditioning (Tuesdays, 5:00pm-6:00pm) - will get you a "head to toe" toning workout. Each class includes 3-4 rounds of 2 strength exercises and 1 cardio exercise. This high intensity class is great for participants who want to build strength and stamina. You will need a yoga mat and a variety of hand weights.
Anything Goes (Fridays, 8:00am-9:00am) – a combo fitness class that utilizes styles of HIIT, boot camp, boxing, strength training, cardio, Pilates, yoga and more for a full body workout.
