Supervisor: Johanna Geister Nature’s Balance is a wellness-style camp where imagination meets calm energy. Campers will try gentle movement like Qigong and yoga, practice breathing and mindfulness, and learn simple ways to feel calm, focused, and balanced. Inspired by nature and the elements, these practices will be complemented by opportunities for self-expression through mindful arts and crafts. This camp offers a great opportunity to unplug from screens and focus on calming both the body and mind. Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket if you have one. (A yoga mat can be provided if needed.) ANY CANCELLATION WILL BE ASSESSED A $15/CAMP/CHILD ADMINISTRATION FEE.
