Players of all levels are welcome in this week of soccer skill-building and friendly competition. This program will improve each players overall skills, awareness, fitness, and confidence to play soccer. All sessions will focus on: Fun: Athletes will explore various games, such as tag and 1-v-1 to hone their individual offensive and defensive skills Skills & Tricks: individual dribbling, passing, shooting, and mini-games will help them get ready to play in a team environment. Game Fitness: All sessions will improve each player’s bodyweight strength, speed, coordination, balance, and endurance through fun exercises, such as jumping, racing and relays. Campers should bring a water bottle and wear comfortable athletic clothes, shin-guards, and sneakers.
