About this event
This program is designed to improve Middle School and High School athlete’s individual skills, coordination, speed, agility, explosiveness, and game conditioning for Soccer. Athletes will explore the game through fun exercises and mini-games in a fast paced environment. Some of the topics will include dribbling to attack and evade with the ball, individual and small group attacking & defending (1v1, 2v1, 2v2, 3v2) scenarios. In addition, field awareness and decision making will be a critical component of the program.
