Advisor: Sueyoung Cho and Charles Park Email: cho5525@hotmail.com The Future Champions - Middle School Debate program helps students build public speaking, argumentation, and critical thinking skills through engaging weekly practices and mock debates. Coached by a successful competitive debater with regional and national experience, members will learn debate strategy, communication, and quick thinking in a supportive environment. Students will prepare to compete in Public Forum tournaments through the Washington Area Speech and Debate League (WASDL) every 1–2 months. Open to both beginners and experienced speakers, the club develops confidence, leadership, and reasoning skills that extend beyond competition.
