About this event
Description
Learn all the skills needed to prepare great fish dishes. Chef Joel will cover selecting good fish, different types of fish for different dishes; how to best cook a wide variety of fish, and more. Participants will then prepare these delicious dishes: Albondigas de Pescado (Mexican Fish Balls) with Red Wine Tomato Sauce and Fried Peppered Potatoes; Salmon, Bacon and Yukon Gold Napoleons with Garlic Ginger Cream Sauce; Salt-and-Pepper Shrimp with Crispy Wontons and Cucumber Salad; Aglio e Olio with Mussels and Parmesan (linguini with garlic and olive oil); Herbed Salmon Quenelles with Asparagus, Capers and Toasted QuinoaInstructor: Chef Joel Olson.
