About this event
Description
Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is an evidence-based strength, balance, and fitness program for adults 50 and older. In 60 minutes, SAIL provides exercises to help improve balance, flexibility, strength (using both dumbbells and leg weights) and cardio.
