About this event
During Project Week, students will watch and discuss a selection of critically acclaimed films and television episodes that illuminate different moments, experiences, and themes in history. Each day, students explore how storytellers interpret the past and how those interpretations help us better understand the people, ideas, and events that shape our world. Some of the media selected may address mature themes or challenging historical topics, but these moments will be handled thoughtfully, with guided discussion and clear context. The goal is to help students engage with high-quality storytelling that sparks deeper reflection, strengthens critical viewing skills, and makes history come alive in meaningful ways. Along the way, students will enjoy snacks and a relaxed atmosphere—a welcome change of pace after exams and a chance to recharge while still learning something meaningful. Teacher: Mr. Haines
