About this event
This program is designed to improve Middle School and High School athlete’s individual skills, coordination, speed, agility, explosiveness, and game conditioning for Basketball. Athletes will explore the game through fun exercises and mini-games in a fast paced environment. Some of the topics will include how to create by dribbling, individual and small group offense & defending (1on1, 1-on-2, 2-on-1, 2-on-2, 3-on-3) scenarios. In addition, on-court awareness and decision making will be a critical component of the program.
