Adult swim lessons are recommended for non-swimmers, pre-teen to adults. participants are taught the base on individual abilities ranging from getting their face in the water to basic mechanics of swimming
Adult for beginner and advance (12yrs old and up)
Core Competencies: Trust, Submersion, Body Position, Air Recovery, Body Rotation, and Integrated Movement. Focusing on the core competencies swim school. Student's progress at individual rates with the opportunity to learn the core swimming skills.
