This fitness class is for MARC Members only.
Non-members must buy a MARC day pass to participate.
Registration is required to attend. Register online or at the 1st Floor Front Desk.
Registration closes 10 minutes before class begins.
Check the Child Watch schedule and plan ahead -- capacity is limited to 16 children.
SHiNE + UPLIFT with Tiffany and Lauren:Lift heavy and dance freely! We start with UPLIFT strength training, using hand weights and bands to target specific muscles, all while moving to iconic music. After building strength and working hard, we transition into the fun with SHiNE Dance Fitness-high energy, easy-to-follow routines set to current hit music. It's the perfect blend of strength and cardio, where we work hard and then celebrate with a dance party. You'll leave feeling stronger, more confident, and full of joy! (*UPLIFT equipment will be provided)
Ages: 16+
Class Reminder: To help maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for everyone, disruptive behavior will not be tolerated during class. Participants who cause disruptions may be asked to leave the class. Thank you for your cooperation and respecting fellow participants and instructors.
