Led by a 3x DEKA World Championship athlete and Spartan SGX coach, Erin will guide you through all 10 DEKA zones with a focus on proper technique, strategy, and understanding the rules of the sport.

Participants will receive individualized feedback, along with a tailored training plan to help prepare for their next DEKA event. The session also includes guidance on nutrition strategies for both race-day performance and recovery.
