Ready to test your fitness? Join us for a DEKA FIT Simulation on Saturday, August 1, and experience the challenge of one of the fastest-growing fitness competitions in the world. Participants will complete a series of functional fitness zones designed to test endurance, strength, power, and grit in a supportive and motivating environment.
Whether you're preparing for an upcoming DEKA event or simply looking for a new challenge, this simulation is for all fitness levels.
