Family membership includes 2 adults living in the same household and any dependent children. Membership fee auto renews monthly. No long term commitment required. Month-to-month members can opt out of their membership with a 30-day notification prior to their due date. Members have full access to the the rock climbing gym, fitness center and group exercise classes. Family memberships include Nook Kids Zone.
