Live Ball for 3.5+ to 4.5 skill-level players. The instructor must approve players to ensure the skill level is met. This is an instructor-led workout, not an instructional one. Players must be able to sustain long, fast-paced, hard-hitting rallies. This competitive and engaging class will improve your ability to determine when to attack, counterattack, or reset the ball, ultimately helping you win more rallies.
