Come and unwind, destress, and have a little fun in this Pop-Up Holiday Flow Yoga class! This one-time class is a vinyasa-style yoga that puts together flowing sequences of yoga poses coordinated with the movement of breath. Cues and instructions are given so you can find alignment that works with your body and your practice. Quiet meditation is also incorporated at the start and end of class.

Participants must be able to get on/off the floor with ease and be able to weight bear on their hands.
