Description

Registration in this class is for those who have already participated in a Mindfulness Based Cancer Recovery program.

Join the MBCR class for their Day of Mindfulness on Saturday, November 7, 10am-2:30pm.
Please dress comfortably.We encourage you to bring a water bottle and a sack lunch. We will have yoga mats, blankets, and cushions available for you to use, and you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
