This warm water pool class, features gentle movements designed to enhance balance and core strength. Walk away feeling relaxed and revitalized.

We suggest wearing aqua shoes for comfort and safety. Registration begins March 1, 2024.

Registering in a class meeting in the Fitness Center will automatically include the "sale" of a free ($0.00) class access pass that permits the registrant to swipe and enter the fitness center door.
