It may be our Inaugural year, but we are not taking our time in getting as many GROWTH AND LEARNING opportunities put together as possible for our Training Community! We hope you will be able to join us for this incredible camp experience, where you will not only DO triathlon, you will LEARN triathlon along the way. We become the best versions of ourselves as athletes, when we harness teaching moments every chance we get, and we plan to make this a big focus of our camp!

2 evening Classroom learning sessions with topics such as Transitions, Nutrition, Run Cadence and Form off-the-bike, Hill Climbing strategies, Ride Recaps, and Pacing
Coach-led Group Workouts that utilize the location and environment to TEACH campers how to BECOME A SMARTER ATHLETE. (Open water work….hill climbing work….running drills….etc)
Hydration/Nutrition for all of group workouts
SAG support on Friday and Saturday’s rides, and on Sunday’s Run
3-4 coaches available throughout the duration of camp, so that no matter your pace, you will have a coach and a group to be with!

Hotel Information: This is the suggested hotel for people to book at, however you can stay anywhere you choose! This is where we will be meeting for dinner/classroom learning on Friday night and Saturday night, and also where we will be checking in to Camp on Friday, and where we will be biking from on Friday.
