The UW Health Learning Kitchen at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI has cooking classes for all skill levels!
Cooking class details:
Grab a partner, loved one, or friend and join us for a Paris Bistro-themed cooking class! Work in pairs to make cozy springtime recipes plucked from a French bistro.

We will be making:

• Cooling Cucumber Mint Fizz Mocktail: Stay hydrated with this twist on a springtime classic.
• Fresh Arugula & Citrus Salad: Enjoy fresh spring greens & juicy citrus fruits in a light vinaigrette.
• Saucy One-Pot Provence-Style Chicken: Learn how to make this one-pot main course typical of a rustic French bistro dinner. Studded with white beans, herbs, tomatoes, and olives, this flavorful dish will become a quick favorite!
• Creamy Yogurt Panna Cotta with Berries: Whip up a lighter version of this jelled custard, perfect for welcoming the springtime weather.

Cost: The cost is for one couple or two people cooking together. One person in the pair must register for the event.
