The UW Health Learning Kitchen at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI has cooking classes for all skill levels!
Cooking class details:
Grab a partner, loved one, or friend and join us for a Mediterranean Mezze cooking class! Work in pairs to make these appetizer-style dishes from around the Mediterranean.

We will be making:

• MinTEA Sparkler: Stay hydrated with this refreshing sparkling iced mint tea.
• Chicken Kofta with Tangy Yogurt Sauce: Learn how to make juicy, spiced, North African chicken kebabs with a cooling yogurt sauce.
• Creamy Classic Hummus: Whip up a mezze classic, perfect for dipping fresh veggies & pita.
• Crispy Turkish Cheese Rolls: These cheesy, crunchy rolls made with phyllo dough, feta cheese, & herbs will quickly become your favorite party snack!
• Date & Pistachio Cookies: Finish your mezze meal with a sweet treat made from dates & pistachios - two Mediterranean staples.

Cost: The cost is for one couple or two people cooking together. One person in the pair must register for the event.
