The UW Health Learning Kitchen at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI has cooking classes for all skill levels!
Cooking class details:
Grab a partner, loved one, or friend and join us for an Earth Day-themed cooking class! We will be making fresh, planet-friendly dishes with a farm-to-table vibe.
We will be making:

• Carrot Top Pesto Toasts: Learn how to reduce food waste and use all the delicious parts of vegetables like carrots with this savory and zesty pesto topping.
• Mushroom & Lentil Spaghetti 'Bolognese': Want to add some delicious plant-forward main courses to your recipe collection? This quick and flavorful sauce is a crowd pleaser packed with umami punch.
• Strawberry Basil Sparkler: Stay hydrated while cooking with an early spring produce sparkler that can be customized based on season and your favorite ingredients.
• Fresh Fruit & Oat Crumble: Enjoy a velvety fruity filling topped with crunchy oat crumble for dessert. This recipe is easily customized to what's in season!

Cost: The cost is for one couple or two people cooking together. One person in the pair must register for the event.

Register by Wednesday, April 15th.
