Looking for delicious, healthy snacks perfect for a cold winter day? Join us for this hands-on cooking class where we'll make two mocktail and snack pairings perfect for your next get together, gameday party, or solo treat!

What We'll Be Cooking:

• Citrus 'Mock-a-Rita' & Mini Taco Stuffed Peppers: In this mocktail and snack version of a classic margarita and tacos, you'll learn how to make a zippy, citrusy nonalcoholic beverage paired with bite-sized taco peppers full of flavor and topped with melty cheese. Choose from savory turkey OR lentil filling in registration.
• Cranberry Lime Sparkler & Zucchini Pizza Bites: This tangy seasonal sparkler will cut through the cheesy richness of these saucy pizza bites.

Who Should Attend:

• Anyone interested in trying seasonal, plant-forward cooking
• Home cooks of all skill levels
