Cooking demonstration detail:
Looking to protect bone, muscle, and energy levels during surgery recovery? Join Registered Dietitian Emma Gellerstedt for this cooking demonstration and tasting experience where we will focus on nutrition for surgery and recovery. Learn about essential pre-and-post-surgery nutrition and practical strategies to promote recovery.
This class is demonstration-based rather than hands-on. You'll watch a cooking demonstration and enjoy taste testing two recipes:

• One Skillet Egg Roll In-a-Bowl
• Creamy Overnight Oats
