Description

The UW Health Learning Kitchen at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI has cooking classes for all skill levels!
Cooking class details:
Planning meals and desserts while managing blood sugar doesn't have to be difficult or flavorless. Join us for this hands-on cooking class and learn how to plan and prepare for pre-diabetes and diabetes-friendly meals that are delicious and easy on blood sugar. After we cook, we will talk about ways to balance meals to manage blood sugar.


What We'll Be Cooking:
  • Rich Roasted Potato Tzatziki Bowl: Learn how to make this fast & flavorful balanced bowl with creamy tzatziki sauce.
  • Decadent No Bake Pie Bites: This decadent treat will satisfy a sweet tooth without spiking blood sugar.

Each participant must be enrolled for the class ($6 is the cost for one participant). If you are registering multiple people, please include the names and ages of all attendees in your group.
Register by Wednesday, April 22nd.
