This class is a virtual class that will incorporate movement within a confined space. The goal is to appropriately challenge coordination, balance, body awareness, mobility and strength while on and off the floor. We will work at low to high subjective ratings of intensity and all can adjust as needed. While done in a group, the individual will be encouraged to explore what is possible for them based upon their current state of fitness, space and equipment (if necessary) availability, and personal goals.
