This course is taught be Matt Skemp, Executive Chef at the Fluno Center. Matt studied Culinary in Portland, Oregon and became a Certified Chef de Cuisine at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Chef Matt is excited to show you how to make simple soups, stews, and chowders from produce harvested at their peak in the Fall months.
