Master the connection between mobility, stability, and flexibility in this comprehensive class designed to enhance your overall ability to move safely and efficiently through daily life. A blend of joint mobilization and core stabilization movement patterns will help develop the control, strength, and range-of-motion needed for a resilient and capable body. This is primarily a floor-based class featuring occasional standing and kneeling segments. Participants must be able to independently transfer to and from the floor (chairs available for support).
