About this event

We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Thursday, July 29, 2021.

Statistically people are at greatest risk for assault twice in their life, when they are going to high school/college and when they are senior citizens. But the most common assaults are easy to avoid IF you know how to recognize the warning signs and IF you know what to do. Learn real world self-defense for everyday people from an instructor who taught an accredited self-defense course at three college campuses to thousands of college students over the course of 14 years. Simple skills that are easy to learn and remember, and that have a proven track record of saving lives.

NOTE: This class is not just for students going to school. The knowledge gained in this program is essential for everyone and is open to all students 12 years or older (male and female). Parents, serious topics are discussed openly but in a professional manor. Minors should be accompanied by a participating adult when possible. Unpaid spectators are not allowed. A Live Safe Academy, LLC Release and Hold Harmless Agreement must be signed by a legal guardian at the beginning of class. Students should wear loose fitting comfortable clothing and athletic footwear appropriate for physical activity and have adequate food and beverages to be safe and comfortable for two hours of physical practice.
