Swimmer 1
Recommended age: 8-12 years.
These beginners will become comfortable jumping into the water with and without a PFD. They will learn how to open their eyes, exhale and hold their breath underwater. Floats, glides and kicking skills are introduced.

The SCRD reserves the right to withdraw participants who register for swim lessons without meeting the guidelines. Once a customer is withdrawn, it is final.The cost for the lesson does not include additional public swimming time around the lesson. Drop in fee's will apply.
