Please visit our online educational partnered website at www.ed2go.com/longbeach. Browse the catalog for hundreds of classes. Titles such as; Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, Powerpoint, Publisher, Grant Writing and many, many more! Courses run 6 weeks each and consist of 12 lessons, supplemented by interactive quizzes, assignments, tutorials, and online discussion areas. Read lessons and ask questions of your instructor. All courses require Internet access, e-mail, and a Netscape or Internet Explorer Web browser. Once you've chosen a class, complete Ed2Go's class registration. Simply log back on to www.lbparks.org to make your payment. Taking more than one online class per month requires registering through the Registration Office (562) 570-3111. Then go to www.ed2go.com/longbeach to attend online orientation.
