You will have a blast and work your entire body in this non-contact class. All fitness levels welcome. Join us from the comfort and safety of your own home.This is an online course using a Zoom viewing platform. Students must have internet access and must provide an email address to take the course. Registrants will be contracted by the instructor with login information.
