Not your typical chair yoga class! Suitable for beginners as well as experienced yoga students, this class incorporates the use of a chair for various poses and movements. Meditation, breathing and relaxation techniques are also included. Please bring a yoga mat, blocks and strap. This class is held OUTDOORS.Pre-registration is required for this class - No walk-in registration is allowed. Also class size may be limited to allow for proper social distancing. Additional protocols include; mandatory temperature screening or health check prior to each class session, face mask and no sharing equipment.
