Great for starters! Great if you're getting back into exercise! Music has a slower tempo and aerobic moves are easy to follow. Bring a mat, light hand weights (1-5 lbs) and water.
Pre-registration is required for this class - No walk-in registration is allowed. Also class size may be limited to allow for proper social distancing. Additional protocols include; mandatory temperature screening or health check prior to each class session, face mask and no sharing equipment.
