NEW!! Rising RAYS! This class meets for one hour/twice a week for 6 weeks and is for swimmers who are interested in swim team but may not be quite ready to try meets or to make the bigger commitment yet. Knowledge of all 4 strokes needed to join. Swimmers will be taught lane etiquette and will build their endurance by practicing drills for all 4 competitive strokes. Cap and goggles needed! MUST HAVE APPROVAL FROM AQUATICS DIRECTOR TO JOIN!
