At Jr. Leader, you will begin your training with the renowned Adullam Leadership Program! You will attend 2 days full of leadership workshops led by Adullam’s trained & experienced Senior Staff. During the two days, we offer special leadership training sessions such as How to Lead a Rotation, How to Lead When You’re Not the Leader, Leadership Styles, and more! We will be trying out different activities and games such as archery and painting. Canoeing is a highlight of this 2-day program offered only for the Chatham-Kent/Lambton session (London Junior Leaders are invited to attend as a bonus). Each day includes a chapel to learn what the Bible says about leadership. The skills you will learn are transferable to many life situations and our goal is to build confident leaders who can lead in their own communities, churches, and beyond! Please bring a bag lunch. CAMPERS: Youth entering grades 8-9 as of September 2025 DATES & LOCATIONS: April 5 & April 26. On each of the two days, the program runs from 10:00am to 4:00pm. There is a bonus opportunity to join the Chatham Junior Leaders when they learn to canoe on June 14th in the Chatham-Kent area. This is completely optional. If you are interested, please let the directors know when you attend Day 2 on April 26.
