Description

Slow Flow Yin is a welcoming class for all abilities focused on grounding, gentle movement, and relaxation. We'll begin and end with a short, guided meditation to help you center and reconnect. Expect a slow-flowing practice with mindful stretching, supported by longer-held poses at the beginning and end of class to release tension and improve flexibility. This class is designed to help reduce stress, calm the mind, and give you space to slow down and take time for yourself. Please bring a mat and water.
