Description
Pilates Adult Fitness
This class is designed to give structure, foundation and body strength to the skills your body already develops. Each type of movement will strengthen different areas of the body and brain. By combining mindfulness, fitness and other types of movement, we help participants become well-rounded in movement technique, vocabulary, body composition and cognitive understanding of movement.
