Description

The Lodi Youth Commission is sponsoring a Red Cross CPR/First Aid/ AED certification day. Registration must first be completed by filling out this form. The certification is completely free for anyone ages 14-20. Ages 21+ must also complete this registration and pay $50 to cover course fees and materials. You will need to create an account or log in to register. New account approvals may take 1-2 business days. You may also sign up in person at Hutchins Street Square or Parks & Recreation Offices. This is a blended learning class, the online portion of the class takes about two hours and is REQUIRED to be completed before arriving for the in-person skills session. On the google registration form you will choose one option for your 2 hour in person skills session hosted at Crete Hall in Hutchins Street Square.
