Meditative Sound Journey with Coastal Verve Sound

Experience a deeply meditative sound journey designed to bring you into a state of inner calm, clarity, and restoration.
Through live instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, meditative flute, and other healing tools, you'll be guided into a peaceful and expanded state of awareness. The sound waves help guide your body into deep meditation-activating the nervous system's relaxation response and supporting your body's natural ability to heal itself.
Please note: participants must be able to lay down on the ground or sit for about an hour with the support of your mats and cushions. Children 13-17 are welcome with a parent or guardian.
Bring a yoga mat or cushioned mat, and feel free to add pillows, blankets, and anything else that supports your comfort. Dress in cozy clothes like sweats or loungewear to help you fully relax.
No experience necessary-just come as you are, open to receiving.
