Exercise that improves strength and agility while maintaining a relaxing, meditative state for the mind, this class is for advanced students who have completed Intro to Tai Chi. We will practice various Tai Chi forms as well as explore other aspects of tai chi.8 classes

NO CLASS 9/16, 9/23, 9/30, 10/7, 11/4, 11/11, 11/25
This class will be held at the Robert Livermore Recreation Building.
