Description
For students new to Tai Chi. To improve balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness, as well as relieve stress.
This 12-week course will cover the same forms taught in Tai Chi Level 1 and 2. The first 21 forms of Sun Style Tai Chi will be taught.This class will be held at the Robert Livermore Community Center.
