This activity is closed to further registration.
This class teaches self-defense through the basic blocks, kicks and punches of traditional karate, while improving the student's self-confidence, and overall fitness. Learn in a safe environment that promotes fun and sportsmanship. A karate uniform is included for all new students upon registration.
